Can't read webserver.chm file

Aug 28, 2008 at 4:23 PM
I have downloaded the help file, but when I open it, the page on the right-hand pane shows an error message "Action Canceled  Internet Explorer was unable to link to the Web page you requested. The page might be temporarily unavailable". I can see the contents in the left hand page, so I tried navigating to other pages. For each of those pages, the error message is "The page cannot be displayed;  The page you are looking for is currently unavailable..."

Has anyone else experienced this problem? For what it is worth, I am using IE 6.0.

Its a bug in the microsoft helpfile viewer. The helpfile can't be placed in a path that contains "#", for instance "C:\projects\c#\httpServer\httpserver.chm" wont work.

It's not my bug. It's Microsofts bug. Place the help file in a folder which do not have a "#" in its path.
